A total team effort saw nine different Golden Bears register a goal against Saranac-Lake Placid in a 15-3 rout.
Junior attacker Hayden Towle led the way for the Bears, recording four goals and three assists on the day. Senior attacker Josh Ayrassian added two goals and four helpers, while senior attacker Josh Mclear added two goals.
Midfielder Ty Farns also tallied two goals, while midfielder Tyler Lovely, senior midfielders Daniel Creurer, Carter Lesperance and Caleb Hartmann and sophomore midfielder Grady Nee each scored once.
Creurer added an assist to his point total on the day and was dominant at the faceoff X. Junior defender David Seymour, and junior midfielder Jack Brandy each added an assist, and sophomore midfielder Owen Logan contributed two assists.
In other recent action, the boys traveled to Potsdam and dispatched the Sandstoners 10-5. The Bears also traveled Plattsburgh on Thursday, May 1 and won again, 16-4.
A third consecutive win came over Massena, a team the Bears lost to earlier in the season by a 10-7 score. This time, it was Canton on top of the Raiders, beating them 12-7.
Ogdensburg continues to be a tough opponent for the Bears. Canton traveled to OFA on Monday and lost their second of two regular season meetings with the Blue Devils, this time by a score of 16-7.
