Despite a strong start, the Blue Devils managed to pull ahead in the final quarter, securing a hard-fought victory.

Following this, the Golden Bears went head-to-head with the Skaneateles Lakers. This was a match up that heavily favored the Lakers, as they had multiple D1 commits on their roster.
The Golden Bears fought hard, showing resilience and determination, but the Lakers maintained control for most of the game. Goaltender Garritt Palmer notched a 23 save game, to help keep the Bears in it.
Despite a spirited comeback attempt by the Bears in the second half, the Lakers’ early lead proved insurmountable.
