On Tuesday, the varsity cross country team went to interdivisionals in Malone. All pushed through in which the course was difficult and it was hot out.
The top 3 runners, sophomore Nick Lyndaker, senior Arianna Whittaker, and senior Robert Reed are first team All-Northern recipients for the Bears. Second team All-Northern recipients are freshman Natalia Pearson and freshman Grace Mcdonough.
“Congratulations to everyone last night. Malone is a tough course and everyone raced hard,” Coach Boettcher said.
Next week the team is heading to Gouverneur for Sectionals as this the second-to-last meet and it will determine if they go to states.
