The Jim Pinkerton Memorial Award honors the late, longtime baseball coach and athletic director from Ogdensburg Free Academy, who was elected to the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame. The Award, presented annually by the NNY Umpires Association, recognizes the Northern Athletic Conference’s Outstanding Baseball Player, as determined under the criteria of ability, sportsmanship, leadership academics, and citizenship.
