Bears 22 Blue Devils 2
The Golden Bears Varsity Softball went on the road for the first time on Tuesday traveling to Ogdensburg to face the Blue Devils in a Central League match up. Canton literally got off the bus and started swinging the bats, scoring six runs in the first inning on their way to a 22-2 victory.

“For the third game in a row we got off to a great start offensively scoring six runs in the first inning. That takes a lot of pressure of our pitchers and defense. I thought both pitchers threw the ball great today. We also have some girls really swinging the bat well with the team hitting its third homerun in three games tonight. Watching this group of girls swing the bat is like watching a homerun derby every game.” From Coach Mike Wentworth
