The Canton Blades 14U Tier II team is heading to Buffalo this coming weekend (March 4 – March 6) to compete in the New York State Championship Tournament. The Blades enter the tournament as the #2 seed from the North and will face off against the Lysander Lightning, Mamaroneck Lady Tigers and Troy/Albany Ice Cats in the A bracket. Facing off in the B bracket are the Brewster Lady Bulldogs, Adirondack 46ers, Niagara Jr. Purple Eagles and Twin Rinks. The top two teams from each bracket will advance to the semifinals Sunday morning.
