The Canton Bears traveled twice this week. First on Tuesday to Salmon River. With only two subs the Bears played hard to the very end. They were able to score a goal during the first quarter of the game. Salmon River returned with a goal right before half time. The Bears ran out of gas during the second half and Salmon River scored one more goal, ending the game 1-2.
Canton traveled again on Thursday to Malone, again with only two subs. The Bears put a lot of pressure on the Huskies and dominated the first half with several chances on net. They capitalized on their first goal scored by Jenna Larrabee from Oliva Francey in the second quarter on top of the 18 yard box. The Bears scored their second goal off a corner kick towards the end of the 3rd quarter. Madison Aryassian volleyed the ball right past the goalie off a corner kick by Olivia Francey.
