Arianna Whittaker, daughter of Jennifer and Erik Whittaker, recently committed to run Cross Country and Track and Field at SUNY Geneseo. Arianna has run for Canton Central School since the 10th grade when she transferred in from the Little River School in Canton. Arianna has had an amazing career as a Canton Golden Bear. She has qualified for the State Championships in Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track every season that she has run. In addition, she has been Section X Champion in the 3200 meter run during both indoor and outdoor track. In cross country, she was runner up during the 2018 and 2019 season and has qualified for two NYS Federation Championship meets. In addition to committing to run cross country and track and field at SUNY Geneseo, she also intends on majoring in biology.
