Last Tuesday the varsity cross country team traveled to Gouverneur for a league meet. The boys came in second place overall and all had course PR’s. Meanwhile, the girls stepped up even without important team members and managed to beat their new class B rivals Malone Huskies. ” Senior Robert Reed finished 3rd with a amazing time of 18:32.” Varsity Coach Boettcher after the meet said “I am super proud of every single runner and I am looking forward to see how they do next time we run in Gouverneur.” The next meet will be next Tuesday against Ogdensburg at the port of entry.
