Canton’s Sam Sieminski took home back-to-back wins on the North Country Junior Golf Tour in the 16-18 division last week on the third and fourth stops of the Tour.

Sieminski fired a 75 at The River Course at Louisville Landing on July 26, two strokes clear of Colin Patterson in second place with a 77 and four ahead of Jace Dutch and Canton’s Nate Romano, who both notched a 79. Also competing for Canton were John O’Neill, who shot 83 and Cayden Cady, who finished at 85.
In the 13-15 division, Ian Van Wagner of Potsdam secured the victory with a 73, winning by five strokes over Cooper Grant in second place. Canton was well represented in the 13-15 division, with Tyler Zebedee shooting 84, Daniel Creurer shooting 87, Will McDonough and Eliza Creurer both shooting 88, Daniel O’Neill shooting 98, and Thomas Creurer scoring 100.
In the 12 and under division, Michael Saber took home the win, shooting 43, while Wyatt Trudeau finished second at 44 and Jackson Zebedee shot 47.
On July 28, Sieminski finished ahead of the field again, shooting 76 at the Oliver D. Appleton Golf Course at St. Lawrence University. Sieminski edged out Potsdam’s Tyler Berkman, who finished one stroke back at 77.
Also competing for Canton at St. Lawrence were Ryan Jones (82), Nate Romano (84), Cayden Cady (89) and John O’Neill (90).
In the 13-15 Division, Van Wagner again finished ahead of the pack with an impressive two-under par 80, winning the tournament by an impressive 17 strokes. For Canton, Daniel Creurer shot 91 while Tyler Zebedee finished with 94 and Eliza Creurer finished with 97.
In the 12 and under division, Trudeau topped the field by two strokes, scoring 43. Canton’s Luke Parker shot 52 and Jackson Zebedee shot 49 on the day.
