Modified Girls Soccer Splits Road Contests

The Modified girls soccer team had two away contests last week, first at Norwood-Norfolk and then at Massena.

Against Norwood, the Bears were able to capitalize on four scoring opportunities, giving two players their first goals of the season. Ashlyn Beeles and Mia Wilson both scored during the first quarter, and Madison Ayrassian and Reagan Kiah scored during the third quarter. The game ended 4-2.

Then the Bears faced the Massena Raiders on Friday. The contest was close during the first half, with the score only 0-1 at half time. Then during the second half Massena unloaded several shots, winning the game 6-0.
