On Tuesday, the Canton Golden Bears traveled to their rivals, the Potsdam Sandstoners. As the clouds moved in and soaked the field, the Bears unleashed their own downpour on the Sandstoners. The Bears managed goals in all four quarters for a decisive 12-0 win.
Players who scored include: Ryan Jones (2 goals), Garritt Palmer (2), Ethan Francey (2), Aidan Richardson (2), Jude Parker, Jonney McLear, Saverio Sergi and Aiden Rodriguez-Doyle.
While it was a satisfying win for Canton, the team is already looking ahead to its next game, Thursday afternoon at 4:30 on their home field against Massena.
